FILM NIGHTS

Coming up Next on the Big Screen:

Punch-Drunk

Love

Wednesday Sept. 30th - 7:00 pm

@ 3501 Aldrich Ave S

Minneapolis, MN 55408

In partnership with Aldrich Church, Aldrich Arts hosts monthly FILM NIGHTS, showcasing (projected on the big screen) top films and directors from around the world.  Film Nights are FREE, accompanied by snacks, and followed by informal discussion.

Drawing from IMAGE Journal’s Arts & Faith Top 100 Films list (www.artsandfaith.com/t100), which spans cinematic history from silent movies (F.W. Murnau’s Sunrise, 1927) to films currently in theaters (the Coen Brothers’ Oscar nominated A Serious Man), the list consists of films characterized both by artistic excellence and a serious wrestling with questions that at root might be called religious or spiritual.

Please note that unlike AAC’s arts classes, Aldrich Arts movies are geared toward mature audiences.
