Matt Johnson - Senior Pastor I came to Aldrich Church from Vancouver, BC where I completed my seminary training at Regent College. Though I'm originally from the state of Washington, my wife Sonja Soderlund is a true Canadian, so watch the Canuck jokes. I love good conversation, a strong cup of coffee, and anything that helps people (including myself) discover God's presence in the everyday aspects of life. In the midst of its many problems, I enjoy the diversity, energy, and potential of the city. I came to Aldrich Church because I believe that cities need vibrant urban faith communities. The two things I love the most about my job are preaching and the opportunity to help people use the gifts God has given them wherever they find themselves.

Peter Park - Director of Worship I'm the son of Korean immigrants and came to Aldrich Presbyterian with over thirteen years of leading worship. Five of those years have been in a multicultural context. I live in metro area with my wife Johanna and sons. I'm passionate about the scriptures, languages, and people.

Ryan Paul - Administrative Assistant I’ve been called a variety of names like “city slicker/boy/dweller”, “urbanite”, “townie” and I freely accept each moniker. The city is, and has always been, where my heart lies. I came to Christ as a kid, spent some time on my own path, and returned to faith upon moving back to Minneapolis from New York in 2006. I arrived at Aldrich Church in autumn of 2010 after having worked as the Office Manager for a large Minneapolis non-profit, as well as being an active working musician. I’ve spent a decent chunk of my adult life traveling for music and continue to perform several nights a month locally with a variety of different groups. My wife, Mindy, and I are involved in the arts/music community and are avid cyclists. |
